Short version.
Privacy is the product. This page describes how the marketing site handles the small amount of information you might share with us here. It is separate from — and much narrower than — how the Ark One appliance handles data on your own network, which is covered in the technical paper.
What we collect on this site
Only what you explicitly submit through the two forms: for launch updates, your email; for investor interest, your name, email, and the answers you choose to give. We do not use third-party analytics or trackers.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored on our own backend and are visible only to the Ark Intelligence team. We do not sell, share, or trade your information. We keep it for as long as needed to have a useful conversation with you, and delete on request.
Cookies
The site uses a single local preference (your theme choice). No advertising or analytics cookies. No cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of anything you submitted by writing to julian@dinference.com. We aim to respond within a week.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The current version is the one you're reading.
